• Homogeneous, free flowing and toasted in colour.
• Appearance amber
• pH (25°C) 7.1-7.5
• If any changes phisically, discard product.
• Concentration of use 40g/L
• Preparation:
• Dissolve 40 gr in 1 L of water and boil for 1 min until complete dissolution.
• Sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes.
• Cool to 45-50°C and aseptically add 5-10% of sterile defibrinated blood (Avoid bubbles in homogenization).
• If desired, add BLPS-00P to increase growth.
• Once opened avoid hydration
• Storage temperature 2-25°C
